Better Manage Your Diabetes
Diabetes is a serious chronic disease impacting over 30 million Americans every year. As the 7th leading cause of death in the US, it is essential that individuals struggling with diabetes understand how to effectively manage their health. Since 2017, we have been hosting a unique program to empower patients to do just that.
Our program is based on a successful initiative originally developed by Stanford University. It is accredited both through the American Association of Diabetes Educators as well as Texas A&M University. Moreover, we are the hosting the only program of this kind in the entire Brazos Valley. If you or a loved one suffers from diabetes, we welcome you to join us in our shared journey toward better health!
